• 3-6 tbsp ice water
• Filling
• 2 cups Carnation ® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
• 2 cups sweetened coconut
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ cup Robin Hood ® Original All Purpose Flour
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Topping
• 1 cup whipping cream
• ¼ cup icing sugar
• 1 cup toasted flaked coconut pieces or large coconut chips
