- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 250g light brown soft sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g milk or white chocolate , roughly chopped
- 3 balls of stem ginger , roughly chopped
- 16 mini gingerbread people biscuits
