• 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 1 stick (½ cup) un salted butter, a t room temperature
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup bittersweet or dark chocolate chips (I used Ghiradelli's 60%% cacao chips)
