Popper Pizza

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® Pizza Crust Yeast
• 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Topping:
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 to 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced OR 1/2 to 1 cup well drained pickled jalapeno slices
