Easy Beef Stroganoff Recipe with Smoked Garlic

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 200g of bavette steak, sliced into strips (or rump steak)
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp Very Lazy Smoked Garlic Paste
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp butter
• 150g of chestnut mushrooms, sliced
• 50ml of white wine
• 250ml of chicken stock
• 2 tbsp of sour cream
• 1 handful of fresh parsley & dill, chopped (optional)
• Salt and pepper
• Serve with basmati or long grain rice
