• 14 oz can of diced or stewed tomatoes, with juice
• 3 cups beef broth (or chicken broth if using ground turkey)
• pinch red pepper flakes
• 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 3-4 medium carrots, chopped
• 2-3 russet potatoes, peeled and diced 1/2"
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1-1 1/2 cups cabbage, chopped 1" (optional)
