- 50 grams butter
- 1 whole courgette
- 2 rolls crusty bread rolls
- 100 ml double cream
- 0.5 bulb fennel (bulb)
- 2 sprig fresh parsley
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 whole onions
- 20 grams parmesan or pecorino cheese
- 150 grams potatoes
- 20 grams rocket leaves
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cube stock cube veg
- 550 ml water (boiling)
