• 150g Scotty Brand frozen peas
• 500g beef mince
• 100-150ml soured cream
• Oil
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, grated or minced
• Thumb of ginger, grated or finely chopped
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 2 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp chilli
• 1 tsp cumin
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• Fresh coriander
