Ingredients

• 1 bag Mission Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips
• ½ lb ground chorizo
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups whole milk (or 2% milk)
• 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
• 1 can (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
• ¼ cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
