• 1/3 cup Water
• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
• 1 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
• 2/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2/3 cup Firmly packed light brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup Sour cream
• 2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
• 1 tsp Baking powder
