- 2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/25 teaspoon Carom seeds
- 0.17 teaspoon chilli powder
- 0.17 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 2/3 tablespoon ghee for dough plus extra for cooking roti
- 1/25 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds roasted and powdered
- As required water for kneading the dough
- As required Salt as needed
