Ingredients

• 500g lamb mince
• 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 onion, grated
• 1 small zucchini, grated
• 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp thyme leaves, chopped
• 200g mozzarella
• 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
