Dried morel mushroom pizza

Ingredients

• 20 g dried morel mushrooms
• 100 ml warm water (for soaking mushrooms)
• 1 pre-made pizza dough or base
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 50 g fontina cheese, shredded
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• Fresh thyme leaves, to taste
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
