  • 10 oz Baguette (sub sandwich rolls)
  • 2 Carrots, medium
  • 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 Cucumbers, sliced
  • 4 oz Mixed greens
