Salmon Cakes with Mustard Aioli - Spread the Mustard

Ingredients

• 22 oz Atlantic salmon, chopped very fine
• ½ tsp dry dill weed
• 2 tsp Russian sweet mustard
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp prepared horseradish
• 2 Tbsp sour cream
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped
• kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
• ⅓ cup fresh bread crumbs
• 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp plain yoghurt
• ½ clove garlic, minced
• ½ tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
