- 3 celery stalks (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 cups beef stock
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 ounce dry onion soup mix ((OPTIONAL))
