• 5-6 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 cup light or dark brown sugar

• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
