Ingredients

• 4 large baking potatoes
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter melted
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 garlic clove finely chopped
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) Milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground nutmeg
• 8 oz (240 g) bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Canadian Cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh chives or green onions chopped
