Pesto & Balsamic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• ¼ cup Olive Oil Divine Champagne Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
• 6 tbsp Olive Oil Divine Pesto Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 ½ lbs cherry tomatoes
• ½ tsp Olive Oil Divine Hawaiian Black Salt
• 1 pound penne pasta
• 3 tbsp of fresh basil (chopped)
• 2-3 cups spinach
• Parmesan cheese, for serving
