• 1 /4 cup unsalted butter- cut into small pieces and chilled

• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 cup strawberries, small diced
• 1 /2 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 Tbsp cold water
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 /4 cup cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp sour cream
• 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
• 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
