Ingredients

• 1 Chicken (cut into serving pieces)
• 2 Tb Vegetable Oil
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
• 5 Carrots (chopped)
• 2 Parsnips (chopped)
• 1 tsp Dried Thyme
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 3/4 C Irish stout
• 8 oz Mushrooms (sliced)
• 3/4 C Frozen Peas
