Ingredients

• 1 chicken (1.1kg), cut into 8 portions (40 ounces)
• 1 clove of garlic
• juice of 3 medium lemons
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• 4-5 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp peppercorns
• 1 tsp dry oregano
• freshly ground salt and pepper
• 100g feta cheese, cut into small cubes (4 ounces)
• 1kg potatoes, cut into wedges (35 ounces)
