Ingredients

• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
• 1 large bell pepper
• 1 - 2 medium red onions
• 1/2 - 1 pound button mushrooms
