• 2 tbsps (30 ml) all-purpose flour
• 1 cup (250 ml) grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup (250 ml) grated Gruyere cheese
• 1 cup (250 ml) grated Fontina cheese
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
