Chicken Orzo lemon stew

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup carrots finely chopped
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 tbs butter
• 1 tbs olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
• 2 tbs flour
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 rotisserie chicken, picked, pulled or chopped
• 1 cup orzo
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• salt and pepper to taste
