• 350 grams pizza dough
• 3 ounces shredded Real California Mozzarella cheese
• 2-1/2 ounces shredded Real California White Cheddar cheese
• 4 ounces raw sausage meat
• 1 ounce grated Real California Dry Jack cheese
• Chopped chives
