- 200g chicken breast sliced
- 1tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 160g arborio rice (or any other type, sometimes I use longrain too)
- 60 ml white wine
- 0,5l chicken stock
- 30g shreaded parmigiano reggiano
- 20g butter
- pinch of dry thyme
- pinch of dry parsley
- pinch of dry basil
