Ingredients

• 2 sticks plus 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, plus more for greasing pans
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting pans
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
• Zest from 2 Ojai Pixies
• Zest from ½ lemon
• 2 Gelson’s large eggs, room temperature
• 2 tsp honey
• Kosher salt
• ⅓ cup whole milk, room temperature
• ¾ tsp vanilla bean paste
• Juice from 1 Ojai Pixie
• ½ cup confectioner’s sugar, sifted
