• 4 cups egg noodles
• garlic
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cups minced onion
• 1 cup parmesan
• 2 tbsp parsley
• pepper
• salt
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
