Ingredients

• 1 to 1/2 Pounds Ground Turkey or Ground Beef
• 1/2 Head of cabbage chopped in 1" pieces
• 1 medium onion
• 2 Cans of Crushed Tomatoes
• 3 Cups of Beef or Chicken Broth
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 1/2 tsp of pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper or 1 Jalapeno
• 1 tsp of Thyme
• 2 carrots
• 2 Yukon Potatoes
