Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 pound egg noodles (cooked, buttered and seasoned)
• 2 pounds of cubed chuck roast
• 1/2 cup of flour
• 1/4 tablespoon of garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 sliced onion
• 1/4 cup of brandy
• 1/4 cup of dry red wine
• 3 cups of beef broth
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1 cup of sliced mushroom
• 3/4 cups of sour cream
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of black pepper
• 3 tablespoons of fresh chives
