Ingredients

• 2 cups (500 ml) Canadian cheddar cheese
• 1 cup (250 ml) Canadian cottage cheese
• 1 cup (49 g) fresh spinach chopped
• 6 slices (91 g) bacon, cooked and chopped
• 1 cup (250 ml) red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) green onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) jalapenos, chopped (optional)
• 6 large eggs, whisked
