Ingredients

• 1/2 c coconut flour
• 1 T cinnamon
• ½ t nutmeg
• 3/4 t baking soda
• 1/2 t pink salt
• 4 eggs
• 24-36 drops SweetLeaf stevia
• 1 c zucchini, shredded finely
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• 1 T coconut oil
• 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
