• 1 finger chili pepper, seeded and diced
• 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• .5 tsp ground pepper
• 1 pinch ground cinnamon
• 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
• 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
• 1 1/2 cups brown lentils, rinsed
• 2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base
• 2 Tbsp ground turmeric
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• .25 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro, divided
• 4 tsp lemon juice
• 1 1/2 cups basmati rice, cooked
