Recipe of a delicious Mediterranean Tarte

Ingredients

• 1 organic tomato
• 1 tsp Moulins Mahjoub organic Chetoui extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tbsp Moulins Mahjoub organic sahli olives in brine
• 100 g Moulins Mahjoub organic artichokes in extra virgin olive oil
• 60 g Moulins Mahjoub organic sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil
• 1 bunch of basil
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 roll of puff pastry
• 1pinch of freshly ground pepper
• 150 g Mozzarella
