• 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 5 to 6 Garlic Cloves (peeled, sliced)
• 1/2 cup White Wine
• 3 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/4 cup Cheese (grated)
• handful Coriander Leaves or Basil (chopped)
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
• 1/4 tsp Oregano
• 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
• as per taste Salt
