• 1 package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hashbrowns
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 pint sour cream
• 2 cups cheddar cheese (or Colby jack)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 1 lb bacon
• 1 lb sausage
• 6-8 Eggs
• 1 tablespoon butter
