• 1 TB – Olive Oil
• 3 TB – El Jefe Taco Rub
• 2 Cup – Pepperjack Cheese, shredded
• 1 – Jalapeno, small diced
• 2 TB – Cilantro, chopped
• 8 – Flour Tortillas
• 16 Slice – Bacon (not thick cut)
• ½ Cup Ranch
• ¼ Cup – El Jefe Taco Sauce
