- 125ml oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g self raising flour
- 70g caster sugar
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 100g raspberries or cherries (pitted)
- 175g light brown sugar
- 300ml boiling water
- 20g icing sugar
