• 350g of macaroni pasta, or other small pasta shapes
• 3 pork sausages
• 1l milk
• 50g of butter
• 50g of Doves Farm Organic Plain White Flour
• 100g of red Leicester cheese
• 100g of Gruyère
• 50g of mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
• 100ml of cream
• 2 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
• 100g of sauerkraut
• salt, to taste
• 50g of Parmesan
