• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 3 oz parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp honey
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes
• 1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
• Salad
• 8 oz pasta of choice
• 10 oz ham, diced
• 10 oz pepperoni, diced
• 10 oz salami, diced
• 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
• 12-15 cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
• 1/3 cup red onion, sliced
• 1/4 cup banana peppers
• 1/3 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
