Farmers Market Pasta
Our favorite pipeline is a coffee run to go to the farmers market to get all the ingredients for this delectable pasta!
Ingredients
- 6 oz Pasta- pick your favorite shape :)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Sizzle
- ¼ cup ricotta
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups spinach, packed down
- 1 bunch fresh basil (plus more for serving)
- 1 large shallot
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup parmesan, freshly grated (plus a bit more for serving)
- 1 tsp Calabrian chili paste
- ¼-½ cup reserved pasta water
