Artichoke pie from Tinos Island | Greek Home Cooking

Ingredients

• 10 artichokes, cleaned and chopped
• 4 leeks, chopped
• 2 dried onions, chopped
• 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
• 1/2 bunch of dill, chopped
• 1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
• 3 carrots, grated
• 9 eggs
• 1/2 cup fresh milk
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup grated manouri
• 1/4 cup grated Tinos gruyere
• 1/4 cup grated kefalograviera
• black pepper
• 1 chili pepper, chopped
• 5 tablespoons of all purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
