• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) sugar
• 2 eggs

• Grated rind of 2 lemons
• 3 cups (750 mL) all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) frozen blueberries or Fresh blueberries
• Icing sugar
