• 3 tbsp walnut pesto
• 1 small Forelle pear, thinly sliced
• 2 oz Gorgonzola dolce cheese
• 1⁄4 cup roughly chopped toasted hazelnuts
• 1 tbsp pistachio or walnut oil for drizzling
