• 3 tablespoons Sunflower oil
• 1 teaspoon Pure peppermint extract
• Peppermint candies coarsely chopped, for garnish
• 3 sticks (12 ounces) Unsalted butter, softened
• 1 pound Confectioners sugar, sifted
• 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
