Ingredients

• 800 g beef (roughly diced)
• 1 pint good quality beef stock
• 4 tbsp plain flour
• 1 slice black pudding (diced)
• 1 white onion (diced)
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp worcester sauce
• black pepper (for seasoning)
• 1 kg white potatoes (mashed)
• 250 g purple sprouting broccoli
