Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup oil
- 1 slice sushi grade tuna, chopped
- 3 teaspoons sriracha
- 2 teaspoons Gefen Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons Glicks Soy Sauce (use gluten-free soy sauce if needed)
- 1 teaspoon Tuscanini Lime Juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- avocado
- jalapeño
- spicy mayo
- toasted sesame seeds
