Recipe : Apple and Smoked Gouda Beer Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
• 2 tbsp sugar (25g)
• 1 tbsp baking powder (11g)
• 1&1/2 tsp salt (6g)
• 355 ml can of beer (apple lager was used in this recipe) (12oz)
• 1 cup grated smoked Gouda cheese (75g)
• 1 cup sweet apple*, diced small (125g)
• 1 tbsp salted butter plus more for greasing
