Singaporean Rice recipe by Salma

Ingredients

• ½ cup mayonnaise ( your choice)
• 3-4 tablespoons Tom sauce
• Salt
• Tiny touch of garlic fr taste
• 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
• ½ kg fillets cubed
• 1 carrot grated
• 1 onion chopped fine
• ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 2 green chillies chopped( if u dnt like it strong leav it out)
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• ½ tspCumin( optional)
• 2 tablespoons chopped dhania (coriander)
• 1 tablespoon Tom sauce
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1 tablespoon Corn flour mixed in water
• 200 gm spaghetti
• 1 cup rice
• 3-4 garlic cloves
• 2-3 green chillies
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Oil as needed
